Transcriptional Profiling of a Dana-Farber Cancer Institute Early-Onset Colorectal Cancer Cohort

We generated bulk RNA-seq data from 83 early-onset colorectal cancer primary tumors. Tumor samples were obtained from patients seen at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute's Gastrointestinal Cancer Center with an age of diagnosis less than 50 years.
