Germline EGFR T790M and Lung Cancer Risk

We performed germline whole-genome sequencing from peripheral blood of individuals carrying the EGFR T790M variant (n=53) and those who do not (n=206). This data is subset to chromosome 7 for all participants. For more information on study protocol please see NCT05587439.
