HINTS Geo-Coded Data 2011 (HINTS 4 Cycle 1)

The Health Information National Trends Survey (HINTS) is a nationally representative survey which has been administered every few years by the National Cancer Institute since 2003. HINTS 4 includes four mail-mode data collection cycles over the course of three years. The first of these cycles (Cycle 1) was conducted from October 2011 through February 2012, including a total of 3,959 respondents.
