Whole Genome Sequencing of DS1-IPS4 Down Syndrome iPSC Clone

This study was designed to sequence the variants from our parental Down syndrome iPS line, created from fibroblasts available from Coriell. This was done to allow us to 1) better identify target sites for transgene insertion and 2) identify variants that were heterozygous on the three copies of chromosome 21.
