Subtyping of Small Cell Lung Cancer Using ChIP-Seq of Plasma Cell-Free Nucleosomes and Matched Tumor Transcriptomes

We undertook an observational study using plasma collected from patients with small cell cancer who received care at the National Cancer Institute (NCI). Human subjects committee at NCI approved the studies; all patients provided written informed consent for plasma, tumor, and matched normal sample sequencing. Sequence data for 8 samples in phs003628 are available under phs004200.
