Bulk ATAC and RNA Sequencing of Human Breast Cancer Metastasis Samples

Bulk RNA-Seq and ATAC-Seq were performed on a number of matched primary breast and metastatic lung/liver tissues; in addition, non-matched metastases and primaries were also sequenced. The goal of this study is to better understand the role that regulatory elements, such as enhancers, play in metastatic breast cancer.
