Multi-omics analysis of pediatric high-risk neuroblastoma
Neuroblastoma is the most common extracranial solid malignancy among children originating from undifferentiated neural crest cells. Despite recent intensified treatment, high-risk patients still show a high mortality rate. To explore a new therapeutic strategy, we performed integrated analysis in 30 neuroblastoma cases.
