Deciphering RBP - alternative splicing networks in ALS iPSC-MN: patient and control datasets
We produce RNA-seq datasets of iPSC-derived motor neurons (iPSC-MN) from healthy controls and sporadic ALS patients and controls and familial ALS patients with pathogenic variants in TARDBP.
