We developed a protocol for the separation of esophageal carcinoma tissue into leukocytes (using CD45 as a marker), epithelial cells (EpCAM), and fibroblasts (two out of PDGFRA, CD90, anti-fibroblast) by fluorescence-activated cell sorting followed by RNA-sequencing
