Single-cell profiling maps the spectrum of crosstalk between glioma cells and tumor associated macrophages

Tumor associated macrophages (TAMs) are a heterogeneous glioma infiltrate, implicated in cancer progression. We performed single-cell RNA-sequencing, to survey TAM response-patterns in glioma.
