Whole-exome analysis of corticotropin-independent Cushing's syndrome

We performed WES for 8 cases with corticotropin-independent Cushing’s syndrome, in whom paired tumor and normal DNA was obtained from fresh frozen adenomas and either normal adrenal tissues or peripheral blood, respectively.
