VHIO LocalEGA TEST Policy
This is a technical TEST policy created only to validate the VHIO LocalEGA distribution/outgestion workflow in the EGA TEST environment. This policy applies only to synthetic test data used for LocalEGA affiliate validation. The dataset does not contain real human, clinical, genomic, phenotypic, identifiable or production data. Access may be granted to authorised TEST users only for the purpose of validating the LocalEGA distribution workflow, including DAC permission handling, Crypt4GH key handling, SFTP/outbox download and decryption testing. The data must not be used for research, clinical, diagnostic, publication, production or secondary analysis purposes. The data must not be redistributed outside the technical validation workflow. Access can be revoked once the LocalEGA TEST validation is completed.
Studies are experimental investigations of a particular phenomenon, e.g., case-control studies on a particular trait or cancer research projects reporting matching cancer normal genomes from patients.
