Policy for request for molecular and clinical data associated with the Swiss epigenetic colorectal cancer cohort study, SWEPIC

The data can be used only in a research project by a non-commerical organization on a topic related to colon carcinogenesis. An Application Form for access to the data should be completed and returned to Dr. Kaspar Truninger from the Data Access Committee of University Hospital Zurich (k.truninger@hin.ch). Applications will only be accepted electronically. Any queries regarding access procedures or completion of the formss should be sent to this address. Access to the data will require the completion of a Data Access Request and a Data Access Agreement (signed and stamped, no electronic signature). These documents will be sent to your email address after your application. Additionally, our DAC will need a document providing proof that the applicant is working in a scientific organization (signed and stamped by an authority of the organization). Applications can include collaborators, but each institution must submit an originally signed hard copy.

Studies are experimental investigations of a particular phenomenon, e.g., case-control studies on a particular trait or cancer research projects reporting matching cancer normal genomes from patients.
