IMSGC and MultipleMS project MS patients from Germany, Mainz
Genotype and phenotype data on 301 MS patients from Germany, Mainz. All individuals were whole-genome genotyped on the Illumina Global Screening Array and files are provided in plink2 format (pgen / pvar / psam files). Provided phenotypes are sex, year of birth, age and Age Related Multiple Sclerosis Severity (ARMSS) score.

Data access policy for data from Germany, MAINZ
The consent provided by the individuals included in this dataset allows these data to be shared with not for profit bone-fide third parties for research in multiple sclerosis and other neuroimmunological disorders that has the approval of the IMSGC data access committee. All of the subjects included in this data set have multiple sclerosis and were recruited in Germany. The only phenotype data provided with the genotypes are sex, year of birth, age and Age Related Multiple Sclerosis Severity (ARMSS) score.
