CS Baby Biome data access policy

The CS Baby Biome Project has deeply phenotyped 28 mother-infant dyads. The Project is led by University Medical Center Groningen (UMCG). The DAC is willing to consider applications from third-party researchers for access to the anonymized sequence data generated by the Project. Access to the CS Baby Biome Project data will be granted to qualified researchers for approved use and will be governed by the provisions laid out in the informed consent of the CS Baby Biome Project, the Data Access Procedure and the terms of the Data Access Agreement. A qualified researcher refers to a senior investigator who is employed or legitimately affiliated with an academic, non-profit or government institution. Access to Project Data is available by application to the CS Baby Biome Project Data Access Committee. Access is conditional upon the availability of data and on signed agreement by the researcher to abide by the policies and conditions related to data ownership, disposal, ethical approval, confidentiality and commercialization referred herein.

Studies are experimental investigations of a particular phenomenon, e.g., case-control studies on a particular trait or cancer research projects reporting matching cancer normal genomes from patients.
