LifeLines-NEXT Data Access Policy Final

The LLNEXT Project has deeply phenotyped 1,500 mother-infant dyads of the Dutch LifeLines-NEXT cohort. The Project is led by a consortium from the University Medical Center Groningen (UMCG). The primary goal of the LLNEXT Project is to determine the influence of prenatal and early life factors on infant health and development and to assess the long-term implications of early life factors on health (Warmink et al., 2020, doi: 10.1007/s10654-020-00614-7). The Consortium is willing to consider applications from third-party researchers for access to the anonymized sequence data generated by the Project. Access to the LLNEXT Project data will be granted to qualified researchers for approved use and will be governed by the provisions laid out in the informed consent of the LifeLines-NEXT cohort, the Data Access Procedure and Agreement. Requests will be granted for researchers affiliated with an academic, non-profit, or government institution. Please see the Data Access Agreement here: https://groningenmicrobiome.org/?page_id=2598

Studies are experimental investigations of a particular phenomenon, e.g., case-control studies on a particular trait or cancer research projects reporting matching cancer normal genomes from patients.
