Gene panel sequencing of B precusor acute lymphoblastic leukemia

Targeted gene panel sequencing for 206 genes with relevance in normal an leukemic lymphopoiesis was performed in bone marrow / peripheral blood samples from n=96 patients with first diagnosis of B cell precursor acute lymphoblastic leukemia.

The data access comitee controls targeted genotyping data from Acute Lymophoblastic Leukemia patients. Access to data will be granted to qualified investigators based on a Data Transfer Agreement.

Data access will be granted to qualified investigators for appropriate scientific use as specified in the Data Transfer Agreement. Data shall not be used for commercial purposes. The Recipient agrees that the Data shall not be distributed or released to any third party and/or to any other person other than the Recipient’s scientist or laboratory personnel under the Recipient Scientist’s direct supervision.
