Myeloma Genome Project Targeted Panel Validation dataset

Access to data will be determined on a case by case basis at the discretion of the Principal Investigator. Those requesting access should complete a Data Access request form which can be obtained from the Principal Investigator. Investigators should abide by the US common rule or equivalent for their jurisdiction. Patient identifiable data will not be accessible and investigators must not use genomic data to identify any patients in the study. A data transfer agreement may be necessary between Institutions before access to data can be granted.

Investigators should complete a data access request detailing their institution, project, and data security procedures. The request will be reviewed by the Principal Investigator and if acceptable a data transfer agreement will be drawn up between the Institutions. Once the data transfer agreement has been signed access to the data will be granted. Commercial entities may be asked to sign additional agreements to gain access to data.
