Spatial transcriptome sequence data from HER2-positive human breast tumors (n=8, with 3 or 6 sections from each)
Spatial transcriptome sequence data from HER2-positive human breast tumors obtained from the first generation of Spatial Transcriptomics arrays. The dataset contains 8 different tumors with 3 or 6 sections taken from each with paired-end sequencing.

Policy for data accessibility of the raw data in the study
Data Use Limitations: (including applicable Data Use Ontology terms) • Use of the Data is limited to research on breast cancer (Mondo Disease Ontology: MONDO:0007254) for health/medical/biomedical purposes (DS, DUO:0000007). • Data Recipient must provide documentation of approval by a local Ethical Review Board or equivalent (IRB, DUO:0000021). • Use of the Data is limited to not-for-profit organizations and not-for-profit use, non-commercial use (NPUNCU, DUO:0000018). • The Data must only be used for purposes within the limits dictated by the informed consent of the Data Subjects. • The Data must not be used to identify germline variants associated with a high risk of developing cancer (e.g. variants in BRCA1, BRCA2, TP53 and similar). • Data Recipient is expected to report to Provider any Incidental Findings that could potentially affect the health of a Data Subject, living relatives of the Data Subject, or their offspring. This includes information that reveal likely life-threatening conditions, a significant risk of likely life-threatening conditions, grave conditions that can be avoided or ameliorated, a significant risk of grave conditions that can be avoided or ameliorated and genetic information that can be used in reproductive decision-making to avoid significant risk for offspring of a condition likely to be life-threatening or grave or to ameliorate a condition likely to be life-threatening or grave.
