Risk alleles of membranous nephropathy and recurrence of the disease on the grafted kidney

Samples are from patients enrolled in an international multicentric study aimed to define the genetic determinants of recurrence of membranous nephropathy in the kidney graft. They include 248 samples from patients with MN including 105 patients who received a graft, their 105 graft donors, and 192 controls all of Caucasian origin.

The following criteria should be considered for access request: the user provides a detailed plan of experiments, so called the Project the user respects a moratorium period of ONE year starting from the date of publication of the data in print before submitting a new manuscript the user should forward his/her manuscript to the producer before submitting the manuscript the user should follow the Fort Lauderdale Guidelines and the Toronto Statement. This includes but is not limited to recognising the contribution of the Data Producers and including a proper recognition in all reports or publications resulting from the use of these data Restrictions set on the usage of the data the user should preserve confidentiality of the data, protect the confidentiality of research participants, the user should not transfer or disclose the data, in whole or in part, to a third party unless authorised by the data producer the user agrees not to make intellectual properties claims on these data the user agrees to only use these data for the purpose of the project Conditions for the storage of the data the user should archive the data on a secure platform offering full guarantee of confidentiality the user agrees to destroy/discard the Data heldonce it is no longer used for the Project, unless specific obligations Termination or changes the user will notify the producer prior to any significant changes to the protocol the user accepts that it may be necessary for the data producer to alter the terms of this agreement
