IL7RA activated cord blood derived leukemia
Whole exome sequencing of cord bloods with activated IL7RA leading to leukemia outgrowth in NSG mice. Four leukemia and two corresponding normal controls were sequenced on an Illumina Nextseq550 sequencer (paired end 2x 150 bp).

The deposited data are whole exome sequencing (WES) datasets. To explore the consequences of aberrant IL7RA signaling activation in human hematopoietic progenitors on malignant B-cell development human cord-blood hematopoietic progenitors transduced with activated mutant IL7RA and transplanted into into NOD/LtSz-scid IL2RĪ³null mice. Activation of IL7RA signaling enhanced self-renewal and facilitated the development of a BCP-ALL in secondary transplanted mice. The development of leukemia was associated with spontaneous acquired deletions in CDKN2A/B and IKZF1 similar to what is observed in Ph-like BCP-ALL in humans. WES datasets of four leukemias and two correspoding normal controls are deposited.
The deposited data can be accessed for research purposes only. Permission has to be obtained from Prof. Shai Izraeli at Schneider Children's Medical Center of Israel: Petah Tikva, IL.
Studies are experimental investigations of a particular phenomenon, e.g., case-control studies on a particular trait or cancer research projects reporting matching cancer normal genomes from patients.
