User Institution/User further agree to: a. Use the Data only for the advancement of academic research and according to the consent obtained from the Data Subject within the department of the User at User Institution. b. Not to use Data or any part thereof for the creation of products or services for sale or to sale the Data or parts of the Data or to use the Data for any commercial purpose. c. Preserve, at all times, the confidentiality of information and Data pertaining to Data Subjects. In particular, not to use, or attempt to use the Data to compromise or otherwise infringe the confidentiality of information on Data Subjects and their right to privacy. d. Not to use the information included in the Data to identify the Data subjects nor to contact them under any circumstances. e. Not to attempt to link the Data to other information or archive data available for the Data sets provided, even if access to that data has been formally granted, or it is freely available without restriction, without specific permission being sought from the DAC. f. Not to transfer or disclose the Data, in whole or part, or any identifiable material derived from the Data, to third parties or persons not directly involved in the project of the User for which access to the Data has been approved by this Agreement, except as necessary for data/safety monitoring. Should there be a wish to share the Data with a collaborator, that collaborator must make a separate application to the DAC access to the Data.
