Terms and Conditions: 1. No personally identifiable information will be released. Limited clinical information may be passed on to researchers within the European Economic Area. It would not be possible to identify any patient from this information and any information provided will be handled according to the normal standard of medical confidentiality and data protection. 2. Data analyses may be carried out by other academic institutions in a collaborative fashion so long as the research will be carried out in-line with the objectives and ethical approvals of the Bladder Cancer Prognosis Programme and the Bladder Cancer Research Centre at the University of Birmingham, UK: https://www.birmingham.ac.uk/Documents/college-mds/cancer-genomic-sciences/Bladder-Cancer-Prognosis-Programme-SELENIB-Trial.pdf and https://www.birmingham.ac.uk/research/bladder-cancer/index.aspx 3. You agree to use the Data only for the purpose of academic/medical research. 4. You agree not to use the Data for any commercial purpose. 5. You agree to preserve the confidentiality of Data pertaining to Data Subjects. In particular, you agree not to use, or attempt not to use the Data to compromise or otherwise infringe the confidentiality of information on Data Subjects and their right to privacy. 6. You agree not to attempt to link the Data with any other data source that could be used to identify any Data Subject from the Data. 7. You agree not to transfer or disclose the Data, in whole or part, or any derivative of the Data, to others, except as necessary for data/safety monitoring or program management. Should you wish to share the Data with a collaborator outside the same Institution, the third party must make a separate application for access to the Data. 8. You agree to use the Data for the approved purpose and project described in your Application for Access to Genotype Data. Use of the Data for a new purpose or project will require a new application and approval. 9. You agree to acknowledge the Bladder Cancer Research Centre, Institute of Cancer & Genomic Sciences, University of Birmingham, UK in any publication arising from research that makes use of the Data. 10. You understand and acknowledge that the Data is protected by intellectual property rights, and that duplication, except as reasonably required to carry out Your research with the Data, or sale of all or part of the Data on any media is not permitted. 11. You recognize that nothing in the Agreement allows to transfer to the User Institution any intellectual property rights relating to the Data. 12. The Agreement (and any dispute, controversy, proceedings or claim of whatsoever nature arising out of the Agreement on its formation) shall be construed, interpreted and governed by the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
