RNA-sequencing of adult T-cell leukemia/lymphoma sample

Data access requests will be reviewed by the DAC. The data user must comply with the DAC policy.

The data users must comply with the following rules: 1. The number of users must be limited. 2. The purpose of data use must be clearly stated. 3. The use of data for purposes other than the ones stated in the application is prohibited. 4. The use of data is limited to the study being undertaken. 5. Identification of individuals is prohibited. 6. Redistribution of data is prohibited. 7. The data user must securely handle data. When finished with using data, the data user must delete all data. 8. When the research results including this dataset are published or presented somewhere, the data user must refer the papers which are originally reported, or include in the acknowledgment. 9. The user must comply with the “Ethical Guidelines for Human Genome/Gene Analysis Research” in Japan. The data user must go through a review by the IRB of the affiliated institution with regard to the use of this dataset and obtain approval from the review board.
