RNA-Seq data for paper titled 'Genomic Landscape of Pediatric Myelodysplastic Syndromes'

When available (25 primary MDS, 12 MDS/MPN, and 6 AML-MRC cases), high quality RNA (stranded-total) was submitted for RNA-seq. RNA was extracted from bulk myeloid cells which was used as the tumor population. Files uploaded are mapped BAM files.

DAC to obtain datasets submitted by St. Jude Children's Research Hospital - Washington University Pediatric Cancer Genome Project

This document refers to a data set, which has been submitted to the European Genome Archive (EGA) for the restricted access by legitimate academic institutions that have agreed to comply with the terms of a Data Access Agreement drafted by the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital - Washington University Pediatric Cancer Genome Project Steering Committee.
