EGAD00001009416	Amplicon sequencing data for 90 patients hospitalized for COVID-19. to general ward. Patients had a median age of 60.5 (52.0 – 69.3) years and were overweighted (Body mass index: 28.4 (24.4 – 32.6) kg/m2). 35.6% of the cohort were female.
