EGAD00001007728	This dataset includes 406 samples from non small cell lung cancer patients treated with neoadjuvant anti-PD-1. The Single Cell 5’ V(D)J and 5’ DGE kits (10X Genomics) were used to capture immune repertoire information and gene expression from the same cell in an emulsion-based protocol at the single cell level.
